Return Eligibility
- Our return policy extends 30 days from the date of product delivery.
- Products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products, which are made to order, cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or color selection.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged.
Damages and Issues
- If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will evaluate the issue to make it right.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the receipt of your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, you must return the item, and after approval, make a new purchase for the item you need.
Returns
